Forms

Users can create and design their own forms.  Our forms include the ability to enable repeatable sections which sets us aside from our competitors.  All forms are version controlled.

All submitted forms are automatically added to the document register including the automation of the forms document title and numbering.

Form templates  can be created at a global level and are automatically available across all projects or made specific for a single project.  This ensures that users are implementing the latest quality, safety, asset and docket documentation in the field at all times.  Your business will never need to worry about personnel utilizing an old form again.

The full history of form contents is tracked as revisions over time.

ProBooks forms are designed so that any form field can be mapped between forms and reported against.
